    drive shaft question

i know this might sound like a stupid question, but when doing an m50 swap do you have to do anything to the drive shaft in order for it to connect to the transmission with the m50 attached to it?

[sigh] lets use the search function next time. in google too.

    so, the tricks are:
    with e36 tranny AKA ZF
    E30 M3
96-00 M3 roadster and coupe whichever ones have a 4bolt rear flange to diff. Mine is from a 00 roaster. Had ObdIII s52, it was wierd!
    96-98 E36 328
^^ have to re-install the CSB backwards or mod the brackets with the e36 driveshafts. I've done it both ways.

    with e30 tranny AKA getrags
    use the e30 driveshaft.
not 100%, but 87-88 325E might also work
    No more e30s for me.
