Replacing the valve cover gasket because of leak at the rear, put a new on and started to torque down 2nd to last bolt and it snaps off with the screw from the head with it. So now I do not have the proper tightness in that one spot, so oil will leak onto the manifold. Is there anyway to replace that thread with out having to replace the whole head because of that one thing. Also does any one know the dimension of the thread so if I am able to unthread it, I can thread a new one in it.

(HEL5546-6) Thread Repair Kit M6 x 1in. # 5546-6
If you can't get to the bad thread, then what I would do is, remove the valve cover, re-use the two half moon rubber things from valve cover gasket, cut it out so that is flush with surface, apply ultra gray silicone to the valve cover and not use the gasket at all, and you never have to worry about leaks. Then I would use washers to space out the coils.

Well that's ghetto as hell. ^^^^
If that little black threaded section sheared, it isn't the end of the world. There should be a nut left where the stud use to be. Wrench it out and replace with a new one PN 11121718856 #10. If you managed to break the nut off with the remains in the head, get a bolt extractor.
When I had it happen to me
A very good extractor.
