Who has done the "hot cam" setup in a M50NV?

I have been researhing this with plenty opinions but I have yet to talk with anybody that has done it.

What I have read is that to do this, put an intake cam from a M50NV on the exhuast side...both cams being exhaust cams.

    Questions:
I am not understanding how this needs to be timed.
Who is making a chip for this adjustment?
If all of the above is possible, what kind of gains would I be looking at? Hp/tq?

I have this thread as well with others to get more info...

    Cheers!

If you have timed the stock setup few times then you might get idea on how to time it. Before you tear down stock camshafts, mark the exhaust side, going off from position of the lobes, you make your own custom markings. Then you remove stock exhaust camshaft and install NV intake cam on there and time it based on the markings you made going of lobes. Only.

You won't need a ECU tune with this. Stock program will work fine. That setup only increases the duration of the exhaust valve and lift for just a little, not much difference. And power gain is minimal
