Need help ASAP guys, serious wiring issue

well i finished putting my e30 back together with m50 nv. plug in the harness and conversion harness, put fresh fuel in tank. put charger on battery. turn the key over, i don't hear anything.
all of a sudden i hear a buzzing noise from under my instrument cluster by the pedals where all my wiring is.
i have no idea what that means, does anyone here know?
i really want to get it done already.

Only thing that can 'buzz" under the dash is the neutral safety relay, it is not getting proper power, maybe reversed polarity, if it gets positive instead of negative it will buzz.

Looks like you did not wire the starter properly or your harness adapter is not wired properly. It is easy to get confused with these wires so you got to triple check them all

yeah it was, i figured it out tho, car wasn't getting enough juice, so i put a bigger battery and put charger on it, then it came to life!:o
