    OBD2 EWS Delete - how?

    Hey guys,

I'm currently cleaning up an OBD2 M52 to go into my 318iS. I've got all the sensors and necessary components to put this baby together with the exception of ECU and EWS components.

Its going to be nearly impossible to source the EWS module, ignition barrel and such from the same doner car so I'm going to have to delete EWS. How is this done? Is this a programming issue or is it a opening up and solder job?

I understand TRM and Bimmerworld both provide this service but being Australia makes this somewhat difficult.

    Cheers.
    Leo.

      gotta ship it out.
that or OBDI conversion man. Not many are messing with OBDII..

TRM is still messing with it, but don't have a product yet. Bimmerworld and Turner are the ones to contact for now.
      No more e30s for me.

We can definitely do the EWS delete. We are working on all the OTHER stuff like the air pump, O2 sensors, fuel tank stuff, etc.
