I love the super short gearing around town.

It's not so much that it needs to be faster, it's that the gearing just feels weird and horribly matched. Maybe I'm just being picky.

    What do you guys think?
I think you should try a 4.27. Then you'll have SUPER short gearing around town. First gear will be great for sitting in traffic at idle. Don't ask me how I know.

the gap is quite a bit longer between 3-4 on the G260 though, 1st would def. be useless :P start in 2nd gear!!!

I'm running S50 with G260. I was experiencing similar problems with my 3.73. I recently switched to a 3.25 and love it. Its significantly taller, but much more fitting IMO. I considered a 3.46 but I'm happy I did the 3.25. 2nd gear rips at autocrosses without bouncing off the limiter and highway cruising is much more comfortable.
