    Tach drawing to much power?

Hey guys, I swapped my car and had all the gauges working minus the tach until yesterday. I wired it up and put the car all back together and now with the tach hooked up it wants to blow the fuse. It wont blow it right away, but it blew twice in one night. My car is an 86 so I had to run the wire for the tach under the dash. I did this on my last swap but didn't run into this problem. Suggestions or pointers?

So you tied the tach into the C103 connector in the glove box?
    Past Car : E30 S50 6 Speed 5 Lug 3.73
Current : Z3 S50 OBD2 (Smog Legal) 6 Speed BBS RN Dual Ear Diff

Correct, black wire off of my cluster going to the black wire in in the C101 connector.

What engine harness are you using?
