What am I doing wrong here?

I have a 1992 NV M50 out of a 325is. I purchased this belt from pelicanparts.com. Its the 6PK 1555. Every parts site I go to says this is the belt I need.

What am I missing?

Starting from the PS pump, underneath the crank going clock wise, around the tensioner back through the space between the crank and the water pump and onto the WP. Everything else is right.

Pull the cover off the tensioner and you should find either a torx or allen key. Use that to load the tensioner and install the belt.
