M50NV Harness Help

So I was pretty shaddy about the harness I had on my swap car so I bought a new one and pulled this one. Hooking it back up Im having issues with the Knock sensors/CPS's sensors. I know the block doesnt have knock sensors and the harness connecters for the crank and cam use what are marked as knock sensor connectors, but Im not sure which goes to which.


Also this harness is completly untouched, do I need to modify or remove any of the power, or ground leads.

the best way to tell is that the cam sensor has a yellow wire and the crank has red, so if you pull back the little boot on the plug you will see which is which. .
