What differential ratio are you running with your M50

I have completed my swap and realized that 80mph maxed out in 5th will not work for me. I currently have a 5spd from a e36 325IS mated to a 3:73 rear diff from an (e30).

What diff's are you guys running?

What cars are they from?

How do you like your setup? changes?

How would a 2:93 from an 325E work?

edit: for the e36 trans.........3.25 lsd from an e28. just change the back cover and output flanges. at 80, rpms are near 3600? with the 3.73 i was cranking over 4100? at 80mph. cheers, jason

for the e30 trans.......3.73 is a nice all round diff.

I did the same thing....and I am in the same boat. I think the m coupe has a 3.23 or something that will bolt right up.
