    Anyone running e85 on an m/s50

    Like stated above, is anyone using e85 on their na engines.

    Pro's?

    con's?

    There would be no point unless you had very high compression pistons or a turbo setup. Running e85 just gives you the advantages of a high octane fuel.

        You need 30% more fuel if your gonna run E85. Larger injectors or a device to keep them open for a longer time, or your running lean.
        Know of a couple of guys up here running 50/50 E85/petrol on BMWs and they say theres no doubt theres a gain in power.
        Wouldnt dare/recommend it without wideband.

        Have tried 50/50 on my turbo M20 and couldt feel any difference.

          yeah I was just tempted to ask since the price difference between premium/e85 were almost $0.70 a gallon and that e85 is the equivalent to running 110octane.
