Need Electrical HELP ASAP

So right now I have:

- no spark
- fuel pump will manually work but not off the relay
- good known working relay
-MrErickT harness adapter
- e34 harness
-unidentified plug

-basically my computer is not doing anything and thats why the car will not crank and will not start. So I need some help - any ideas:

The car cranks, but I have no spark or fuel pump. The car has always been a manual but the e34 harness i had was an auto - the engine is originally out of an auto.

Turned out to be crank and cam sensor being backwards. Engine now runs, need to get my throttle cable from steve, and start reinstalling just about everything that needs to go back on the car. The driver side of the engine bay is just over loaded with way to many things.
