Need help. No start after problem free for a year.

So last thursday I was driving back from Bellevue and I stopped in Centralia for dinner and as I was leaving the car just quit and would not start at all. It would crank and crank but nothing.

Trailered it home and started digging into it.
First things I tried were all the relays and the CPS.
Next I noticed that my rad had shifted and my water pump was contacting the wires to my electric fan. I think this may have been the culprit because now my electric fan does not work and its clear that the water pump chewed though both of the wires to it probably shorting it out.

Here is the tricky part. The fan is wired to switched power from the automatic tranny plug. It seems like something is preventing the main fuel pump from turning on and its probably related to the short going to the auto tranny plug.
(the electric fan wiring was done by Munich motorworks not me)
I am at a little bit of a loss right now so any input would be greatly appreciated.

    Car is an 87 "i" with a 95 M50.

Have you checked to make sure your battery is still good. Were there any connectors that were suspect(brittle) when you started the swap that may have went bad?

The battery is new from when I first finished the swap and is still pretty healthy but I will check out some connections. I have a feeling Im going to have to take it somewhere though. That auto harness plug is a rabbit hole as far as I'm concerned.

If you think its a wiring issue you are going to have to go back to basics.

First start by unhooking the fan BS.

Second verify all your needed +12V places on your X6000 connector, with and without ignition.

Do you have a check engine light still?

Ya I already took all the fan stuff out. Which one is the x6000 connector? My cel is unhooked right now but i can hook it back up.

Turns out it was the fuseable link on the little wire going to the battery. Main relay was not getting power.
