    320i M50 Swap

    Hey guys;

Two big questions that are surrounding the fact that there is a local 320i for sale.

    1. How much should I pay for it.
    2. Is an M50 swap any different (other then the connector wiring) then for a 325i.

    1987 320i 4 door
    5 speed

    202,000 km
    3 owners so far
    M20B20
    runs and drives, smoothish ride
some rust under the driver and passanger side rockers, as well as on the fender
a little rust around the licence plate lights
rustish coloring on the drivers carpet around the gas pedal
    rear drum brakes lol

interior is comfort seats, the drivers side is SHREDDED
    power windows
    crank roof
    battery is in the front?
little bit of rust in the trunk lights, smells a little like mildew
    diff is seeping oil
engine oil pan is seeping oil
missing the front valance lip (non-iS)

the owner is excited that it has a nice stereo and thinks the engine is a 5 cylinder, I want to get this for cheap.

      1. Early 4 door with rust/small open diff/drum brakes/trashed comfort seats - less than $1k
      2. Just compare wire colors from the 320i to the '87 325i ETM. My 320i was the same as 325i.

1987 was all E30s. This is not an E21.

Ya, I'm going to offer $500. It's ok.

Just plastic bumpers with cracked trim.

I'm not sure. I think it's a grey market import.

No worries dude! That'd be sick to find one in this condition.
