    M50 swap, hesitation?

Swapped the m50nv in may and I'm still trying to figure out a few bugs here and there. This one is the most annoying as it seems the car has no power at all. From about 2,000-4,000 it feels dead, this wasn't the case when I first swapped the motor in. I did a little test and if I disconnect the O2 sensor, the car basically gets it's power back. 02 sensor is new and I've went through two of them to confirm this. I replaced the MAF, crank and cam position sensors and really don't know where to go from there as everything in or on this engine is brand new. On the way back from bimmerstock I was sitting in traffic and the car stalled out and didn't want to start back up, When I eventually got it to start, I had a CEL. Did a stomp test and code 1221 came up, oxygen sensor. Makes no sense for the car to stall out because of a bad oxygen sensor, also when the car stalled it wasn't just a stall, it slowly started to give out like if it was running out of fuel. Any ideas?

Have you checked out your fuel pressure regulator, or know the condition of the injectors?

So it pulls good from 4000-6500

PO said he checked the injectors and made sure they worked sufficiently. Haven't checked the FPR

pulls much better than down below, but it still feels like it's "choking".

Well I plugged my scanner in this weekend to check out some parameters and I was focusing on the TPS. at WOT the computer was showing 4.2V and only 89% throttle. I'm guessing this is the problem?

Well did further research and 4.2V seems fine, what about the 89%? Car also feels as if past a certain rpm "Vtec" kicks in and then as if it shuts off.

Well I tested the coils today, I was getting between around .6 on 3 of them, the other three where well over 1 ohms, cylinder 6 was over 2 ohms!!! I think I found the problem.

How does one go about checking the ohms on his m50 injectors? I've got a multimeter, I just don't trust my electrical trouble shooting ability enough to trust what I'm reading. I think I may have a similar problem.
