From what I've seen #21 is enough,thats what I've bought to replace the M50's currently in mine as TRM has an off the shelf tune for M52/M3 cams and 21lb injector combo.

Yes 21lbs (pink tops) are good for 2.8l with M3 cams. Don't need 24s unless you increase the displacement.

Remember even the stock US 3.2l M3 uses 21lb injectors so you'll be fine!
