You have a bad ground, check the ground on the engine arm to the chassis, if bad, add another ground.

Sparks are flying from the starter area. I'll add another ground from the drivers side motor arm to the chassis and see what happens

Tighten the 12v cable connection at the starter.

It doesn't seem like it's coming from that wire though, but almost in front of the starter.........lols?

If you have no blown fuses, Make sure that any large 12v unswitched cable is not pinched.
Make sure that the wires for T30h and T50 are not being pinched.
Make sure that the connector lugs for the starter and alternator cable are not grounding out on the starter arse in the vicinity of T30.
It's up to you to pin point exactly where the sparks are coming from.
If it is definitely coming from the nose of the starter/bell housing, you're going to have to make sure that you're using a matching starter/flywheel combo.

I got it, turns out the extra power positive wire from the e36 harness was touching in front of the starter (grounding it out) and I simply did'nt have enough battery even though it was being attached to a charger on "engine start" haha.
