Maybe a stock corolla or civic is the right car for you.

Really? Selling your car that you just got because of a bad CPS... that you fixed? wat?
And what would you be buying next that's so much better?

Good diagnostic skills go a long way. Or if you don't have them listen to what people that are more experienced than you. Your answer was in post #3 (and the first 2 posts were yours).

You're going to have WAY more problems with either of those cars.
If you're frustrated with diagnosing problems with the e30 then the e46 m3 is gonna be hell for you. Have fun with dsc system and electrical problems, subframe, vanos, rcab's, rsm's, window regulators... Not to mention when things aren't going wrong it's still way more expensive to own and maintain.

                  ugh! i can't sell it. i tried, but i just can't, i know i'd regret it if i did.

but what i can do is buy a second cheap beater car for winter(or when i need to work on the vert).

had a guy come look at it today, but the more i talked about the car, the less i wanted to sell it. he even said something about me seeming really attatched to it.

i washed and waxed it to make up for thinking of selling her off....lol

I think the only car worse than an E46 for stupid problems is the early E65s.

If you can afford it/have room I encourage the second car idea. Having two cars is awesome.
