M50 Vanos with M50 NV exhaust cam??

i accidently snapped my exhaust cam in my m50tu motor, so i went to the JY and grab a m50nv exhaust cam n the lifters n tray. will the exhuast cam in the NV work in the Vanos engine? or what?

When i installed them they went in perfectly, rotated fine and put the motor in time....
