Fresh swap, lopey idle, any suggestions?

ObdI m52, starts and runs but idle is surging from about 500-2000 rpm. I have checked and double checked for vacuum leaks and everything us good, iac is from the m52, but has the same pn as the m50 unit. I am open to any and all suggestions, kinda hoping it's a simple fix someone here has ran into before. Thanks in advance.

Check for binding or bending of the m50 manifold bottom connector clip that the ICV connects to. Sometimes if your vac plumbing isn't secured or built correctly it will cause it to bend when installed and cause a vac leak.

Do you have the port on the bottom of the throttle body plugged or hooked up to the evap system? I forgot this due it kinda hiding out under there.

Thanks guys, it did end up being the evap, I didn't get one with the m50 stuff so I tried to use the m52 unit and it apparently didnt like it. I unplugged it and capped it at the TB and she purrs. Now I just have to put the exhaust on and plumb in the rad and I think I can finally drive this bitch.
