    m52 swap

To start I have a 91' 318is. I'm using a getrag 240 with m20 starter and m20 lightened stock flywheel. Everyone says you need the euro TOB when using the stock sachs clutch and the 240.

I just ordered a stage 2 clutch kit off ebay and it came with a TOB. Can I use this one for my setup, or do I still need to order a 323 TOB.

    Thanks in advance

IIRC you use the TOB based on which ever transmission you use.

By your logic I would be able to use the TOB for the 318is. I thought I made it easy by giving a choice of two different options.

        1. 323 TOB- I know works
        2. F1 Racing clutch kit TOB- I don't know if it works

I have the same setup as you in my swapped car and went with the euro 323 TOB. Since you know it works you should probably use it. Don't take a chance on the other TOB not working.
