Help on a swap

Ok guys, I have an e30 with m50 vanos motor wid red 413 dme. I want to upgrade to s52 motor, do they share the same mounts, dme, wiring, etc....?
Is there any mods that needs to be done? I would appreciate for your help. Thanks

They are identical in how you bolt them in. They use the same wiring and DME if you convert the S52 to OBD1, although you will want to chip the DME.
