    Couple of Questions (M50)

I am hooking my m50 to my Getrag 260...
What bolts do I use?- I tried searching for this info, but I just want a definite answer. Can I use the bolts that hook the m20 to the g260 to hook the m50 to the g260? If not where can I buy the correct bolts?
Also while I'm posting might as well ask; I will be getting my m50 harness adapted, the person who does it wants a wiring pinout for the c101... Does anyone have a pinout for a 1990 325is? It would save me some time.

    Thanks

    revised:

find the C101 plug on your chassis, its best to actually grab it and write down the notes (take photos) yourself as diagrams are not always perfect.

pull back the rubber cover on the plug and you can write down the numbers.

Reuse the M20/G260 bolts. If nobody else has one, you can make the pinout yourself from an ETM you find on wedophones.

        Thanks

Thanks for clarifying, I was planning on using: https://www.markertmotorworks.com/Cu..._Harness_.html (328ijunkie here on forums) $180
As per website: You will also need to reply with a*pin-out*of your chassis C101 plug. A simple which color wire is at which pin on your car will ensure the harness is adapted perfectly to your car.

You also want to make sure you reuse the stamped sheet metal plate that goes between the block and the bellhousing, or get a new one (they're like $13), you want the one for the M50, if you don't still have the one that came with your engine. Without it, you're leaving huge gaps open for dirt, water and god knows what else to get inside.

I searched for the part number at Pelican and it came up right at the $13 you said. Says "automatic transmission cover". I chose the one for E34 525i M50. Is this right?

I have like 30 of those. I'll throw one in the box with your harness if you remind me ;)

Another thing, my m50 didn't come with an alternator. I will be buying one, but I'm not sure what cables to use. I will be using m20 flywheel/pressureplate/clutch, so do i use an e36 alt. to starter cable or my m20 one?

You know you have to use an M20 starter then, right?

You should be able to use either alternator-to-starter cable. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
