Ok, here's what I got. I picked up a 92 525i as my donor. It came with a 5 speed so I plan on using that as well. I am parting the E34 before I pull the motor and trans but my biggest question is:
What all should I keep from the E34? Obviously, the main components I get, but what else do I need before I scrap it?
I have searched but found most people using the g260 from their E30 or using an E36 as the donor. I got a screaming deal on the car and sold enough so far that the motor and trans are basically free.
I want the E34 gone in the next couple weeks and just don't want to leave anything behind that I might need.
