I got my swap wrapped up and fired it tonight, but I'm only hitting on cylinders 1-3. It was idling rough and had zero throttle response, so I took a look at the headers and 1-3 was discoloring and hot, 4-6 you could grab with your hand, so immediately I shut it off. I checked for spark on all the coils, all are good to go, the injectors are firing for every cylinder as well. The engine is an M50TU with red label 413, I tried 2 different DME's as well, same issue. Another thing is I don't even have the O2, or purge solenoid plugged in and I'm not getting any codes for them either, but I know those can be time delayed codes as well. Any advice is GREATLY appreciated, thanks in advance.

Got everything figured out. It was a coincidence that the back 3 injectors were all stuck closed, I got them freed up and it runs like a champ!
