    S50 Power steering delete help..

I'm getting ready for my s50 swap and been thinking about deleting the power steering. It seems al you do is drain the fluid from the rack and loop the hoses or take them off and plug the holes. The part i'm lost at is what belt would i use if i remove the power steering unit completly? Is this even possible? I dont remember how the belt is looped around the pulleys and my s50 is still in the donor car... Any help would be great, thanks guys!

Edit; I will be using the 95 m3 rack.

Leave the fluid in the rack and use the spacer that Silence makes, that way the fluid can still move around in the rack make it a LITTLE easier to turn the wheel and keeps things lubricated.

Yes for s50, i dont think that theres a difference in any of the m/s5x engines for the belts.

I have a machined aluminum Silence PS delete plate that I no longer need after moving to an e36 rack and opting to power it. pm me if you want it, save a little cash vs buying new.

regarding the belt... in my experience I'd say to buy at least 2 belts, and return what doesn't work. running back and forth fitting various sizes can be frustrating. of course, I run without the idler, and had an underdrive crank pulley when I was PS deleted, and that complicates things.
