are these the ebay headers that fit without knotching the subframe?

I read that there is a ebay header that fits without any modification. are these them? I searched but everything has dead links

Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't, usually it's a problem with the swaybar though. Just use a few washers under the mounts, but do not use too many, they will then contact the body and cause worse vibration.

I have the short tube racelands, no modifications needed to sway bar or subframe, you will need treehouse CAB's though

Good luck with these, lets us know how they fit

I have those. They fit pretty well, but they do touch the subframe. I'm going to have to add a little spacer on my passenger side mount.

I realize that this is of little help because the headers came with my motor, likely from some eBay vendor, but here's a photo of what they look like in case you see images on eBay that might match. not shown are the secondaries that came with these headers, but they weren't too fancy or anything crazy.

I didn't modify anything and they actually cleared with plenty of room. the rear bank collector was pointed a little to near the CAB, though, so I simply cut and reoriented it for the necessary clearance. I'll have more pictures of my exhaust once I start building it from scratch headers-back (currently a crappy muffler shop job with crush bends etc)

They cleared the subframe fine for me. But I had to notch the engine arm.

I have a set of the first ones you posted (long tube), they fit my swap without modification to anything, just a small washer under the mount. I will sell them for $70 shipped, no gaskets or clamps.

I used the first set you posted. No problems here.
