E34 Radiator ?

I have searched and cant find anything about using an e34 radiator with the 24v swap. Has it been done? Has anyone tried?

I seem to remember seeing somewhere that it won't fit. Use the M42 radiator if you're looking for the on board expansion tank.

I've got an e34 radiator out of a 1992 525i and it looks the exact same as the m42 radiator, with the exception of the built-in trans oil cooler.
