    m50 turbo

Im thinking about boosting my 325i. Wondering on what kind of turbo set up i should go with? Thinking about turbonetics....I only want to run low boost so i dont have any major problems down the line. Let me know what you think!

You shouldn't turbo then. That doesn't even get you a decent turbo and manifold.

It requires a lot of cash and time. ITs not something you should skimp on. I promise you.

You'll definitely need more than 1k for anywhere close to a proper turbo setup. Also, there's like a million threads on turbo setups. Since this is for a 24v, spend some time on bimmerforums forced induction section.

Why do people want to start a new thread for "what type of turbo setup should I go with"? You're not the first person to turbo an M50. Research and copy what works for everyone else.

Expect 4,000 - 6,000 at the end of the day for a modest turbo set up. God only knows how much the turbo M20 that I helped build cost.

don't even try with that kind of budget.

save your money, do it right. As much as you think it won't cost up to 6 grand... it will.
