    E30 M3 s50 swap

    1988 M3

Working on diaging a few issues at the moment but i've hit a brick wall.

    1. Cannot get a signal to the tach. I've heard anything from black-black on pin 9 (e30 body side) to hooking it up to the black wire on c103 (which I can't find to save my life)

    2. Coolant temp doesn't work either. From what i've read the e30 m3 wiring color is different than other e30's and I cannot find a guide or diagram for it.

Also any tips on how to wire the AC properly? I've gotten the hardlines made but giving a signal to the compressor is beyond me.

    Thanks

Make you a deal, I'll trade you a running E30 with a S52 straight across and pick up your car and deliver mine.

    Deal?

              Little update

Went through the wiring again, tach wires are hooked up correctly so im beginning to thing the tach itself is bad along with the coolant temp. Could this be related to the SI board?
