Dead booster? no power brakes

I must be retarded, how do I modify the e32's clevis to hook up to the e30 brake pedal? Also, I assume the e32 booster can be attached to the firewall without the firewall spacer bracket? Otherwise it would stick too far into the bay for my application. Lastly, can someone please confirm that the vacuum hole on the booster is on the passenger side of the MC, not the strut tower side like the iX?Comment

well the issues aren't over. I installed a e32 booster and power bled the brakes. Now with the engine running and rolling slowly forward I get one strong braking with the pedal, then it goes rock hard and is barely helps slow the car to a stop from 1mph.
Do I need to try bleeding the brakes again? Tons of air came out the first time and I put an entire liter of new fluid in so it seemed good and flushed so I'm thinking its another issue. I am using the iX mc and e32 double booster.Last edited by fronton; 04-20-2012, 02:04 PM.Comment

Brakes were working fine and pedal felt great for a few miles then the rear pass started locking up. I let it cool for a few minutes then powered home the remaining miles under heavy resistance. A week later brakes felt great for the 3 miles jaunt but when I parked it I realized my rear calipers had light rust gathered on them, so only my front were working. Arg.
I just bled them again but no bubbles came out so I have ordered a new M5/735i MC hoping that is the failing part.
EDIT: Rebuilt rear calipers, new stock rotors and pads did the trick. No more braking issues. Thanks allComment
