    power steering setup

so i will be swapping a s50 and zf trans but am keeping my stock e30 steering rack. i have looked and looked but hvent found a straight forward answer. i dont know what reservoir and lines to run with this set up. obviously im gonna run the e36 pump on the motor but whats the best way to run lines. i have heard the pump fittings are different and the lines need to be different length. or can i just run my stock e30 lines to the pump and call it a day. this is one of the few things holding me back

use the e30 lines, just need to bend the hard line part on 1 of them slightly. also, the reservoirs are the same, just use the e36 bracket that mounts the reservoir on the engine arm and cut your hoses to fit.

Get a new PS reservoir while you're at it. They're like $19 with the cap, and they have a filter at the bottom that you can't replace separately.
