Your wiring needs to rechecked. Adapter?

If you check, you probably don't have power at the main relay either (that's what happened to me)

In the excitement of it all I "forgot" about a big red cable for ecu power, whoops..

Also like samiam3356 said, if you have or made an adapter check it, and check it again.

Grounds too, especially the one coming off the oil pan

Markert Motor works harness. I seem to be having a relay issue. Right now for the FP, O2, and main I have relays from an obd2 e36 one purple and two green.

IIRC you need the relays that came with the harness. SHould be a blue green and white one. That is if you are using an OBD1 harness.

what harness are you using? you should only hear the ICV click/buzz on for a second when you turn the key to on position

Have you tried jumping the fuel pump or are you sure there is no power there? and yes 2, 4 pins and 1, 5 pin main relay.

tried jumping it and got nothing. Theres no power. I seem to be getting no power to my dme as well and its leaving me clueless because everything appears to be plugged in and hooked up correctly at the distribution block

Fuseable link? Are 12v making it to the block?

can you take a picture of your distribution block and post it so we can take a look at what/how you have it hooked up?

I assume the fusible link is good. theres 12 volts at the block.
