m50 -> s50

so will this be as easy as it seems? i have an m50 with g260 and wonder how easy it would be to put in an s50 when this motor dies.

put existing trans + oil pan + engine mounts onto s50 (will the g260 bolt up to the s50?)
swap motor plus wire harness, plug into existing adapter.
change ecu
profit?
