We now turn all the sleeves down on a lathe instead of cutting them on a bandsaw (everyone makes mistakes :p). Turning them on the lathe makes them perfect and all exactly the same length. We are also having them zinc plated now to prevent rust.
Earlier his year we changed some of our processes for making the urethane bushings which completely eliminates all surface bubbles.

We are constantly updating the website and changing things around. We will definitely look at how we can clarify it on the product page a little better.
We are also working on a solution that allows you to use the swap guibo on either flange without grinding anything. As soon as we figure it out I'll post up the info.
Any closer to a product update to support the closed flange? I don't see anything on your website.

    Thanks,

Came here to say that I ordered the Revshift Guibo, and I'm having clearance issues. but I'm Trying to modify my current flange so the bolts clear. will update with photos soon.
and even though the guibo was designed for that other specific flange, I think the majority of the trans we use come with that thicker flange type, so I believe that guibo should be made for that specific flange.

There is not a way to make the guibo work with the thicker flange without clearancing the flange. The size of the E30 driveshaft flange creates the issue. When you swap a motor/trans into a car that it wasn't meant for then some modifications are a necessity. We do our best.
