    Oxygen Sensor Fault Help

Ok, I've been searching for some time now and will now ask r3v'ers for some help. I'm running an obd1 converted m52 and cannot resolve a check engine issue. Error code comes up as oxygen sensor(bank 1 sensor 1) so I replaced sensor but this corrected nothing. I relocated the o2 bung so that both banks are being metered. I checked for breaks in the wiring but all shows fine. (scanner shows error 'o2 sensor - break in line.' I also replaced the oxygen sensor relay. I'm running live data off a pro scanner and o2 voltage shows between -.11 to -.15, I would like to just set this thing on fire, but will hold out in case there are some 24v swap experts that may have any other suggestions. I've seen in some e39 m52's that there is even a oxygen sensor heater fuse behind the firewall but I am not sure if this has one.

    TIA

    Eloy

    *Solved*

The o2 heater relay and o2 ground were crossed on the harness side.

(Pins 38 and 40 of the DME)

Just in case this problem is searched for in the future.
