Hello buds am looking into a swap it's a 1995 325is, but the motor is auto tranny, Can I swap in a five speed? . What other stuff will have to make this swap run a-1?

a 325is will be an m50 not an s50. If whether a tranny can be swapped is a question, then you have a tonne of research and learning to do before you will be able to perform a swap. I'd start by reading the entire 24v swap sticky at the top of this page as nearly every question you might have is answered in there. -

I see you have already found the 24v swap section congratulations on that. In the top right corner of the screen there is a button that says "Search this thread" if you go back to the main screen for this section it will instead say "Search this forum." Try typing in what you want to know or some key words.
Questions such as yours have been answered so many times already you will surely find the information you are looking there please spend some time reading and searching then feel free to ask some questions.
