Yeah, I expected more torque. Is that a gas or diesel engine?
But on the realz, those are good numbers for a stock motor. Any mods at all? M50tuB25?For all things 24v, check out Markert Motorworks!Originally posted by mbonanniI hate modded emtree, I hate modded cawrz, I hate jdm, I hate swag, I hate stanceyolokids, I hate bags (on cars), I hate stuff that is slowz, I hate tires.

Ebay shorty headers, no clutch fan, Mark D chip. Yeah it's an M50TUB25.
I replaced the BKR6EIX plugs that were in there with the OEM BKR6EK plugs and the engine revs noticeably smoother off load (rev-matched down-shifting is much easier). I don't really notice any change while driving though. I'm frustrated because two years ago when I bought the BKR6EIX plugs they were listed for my engine. Since then they have been taken off the listing and NGK now ONLY lists the OEM style plug for these engines. I contacted them and they said they found engines running anything but the BKR6EK from them were having ignition/emission issues. Thanks NGK!
No thoughts about that roughness under 4.7k from any one??Last edited by Voluted; 05-07-2012, 12:25 PM.
