        You don't need to change a coding plug going from a 325e to 325i. I believe that's only if you're going from a 4 cyl to 6 cyl.

          you are correct, only on a 4-6 cyl swap do you need the other coding plug. I was thinking the OBC, where it makes a difference.

          For the OP, the coding plug is the little rectangular thing with writing on the lower right side of the cluster. yours should be good to go if you have an eta.
