where does this Long hose connect to ?

the hose comes out the block, to the firewall and has a T in between

where does the long part that wraps around the engine connect too ?

That's for your coolant overflow. Mine went into the bottom of the E36 318i rad.

yep, i was thinking about it today and realized I just need to cut it shorter and run it to the overflow.
