    AKG wiring info

    http://www.akgmotorsport.com/e30convpins.html

    I am in the process of making my adapter now and I was wondering if this site works for all cases? For the most part most of these have been the same color but it tells me to use pin number 9 for engine speed. But when I scroll up it also says pin number 9 is not used. ( I also don't have anything for pin number 9) why does it show contradicting info? Can I continue to match the wires bases on colors?

    Okay so I have narrowed my last few wires left on the e30 plug to:
    2 = Oil level sensor pin 1
    10 = Oil level sensor pin 2
    16 = SRS connector/diagnostic connector #6 not used
    According to the AKG chart. I will keep looking and maybe I will be able to answer my question.

    Edit - Wait never mind. It says not used because I do not need it for the swap. Wow, derp
    :stupid:

            the akg chart wasnt right for me. nor was it even complete. i got a etm for the motor and the car and went to town. looking for every x20 and c101 connection i found. and had no issues at all. the pin numbers a re going to be more important than the wire colors. if you do enough searching on here someone has probably posted a chart on here that will work for you. the eta charts are hard to find. i have a 86 es that i put a s50 in and then you need the c104 connector under the dash also. but search and you shall find. just not akg
