The shop did the exhaust for the car over the weekend, they had swapped in the rebuilt S50 a couple weeks ago and let me have it for 2 weeks to shake it out and go back for final tweeks and an exhaust.
They removed the cobbled together stock pipes and put on a flowmaster 2-1 y pipe off the 2" down pipes into a 2 1/2" mandrel bent with a Magnaflow cat and a generic straight through resonated muffler.
Not allot louder than stock, nice growl and burble on throttle blips when downshifting, but a huge difference in power, throttle response, and drivability, big ups to Clownshoe Motorsports. After I take care of the suspension and brakes I may swap to a different muffler for strictly sound purposes but I'm happy for now.
I'm going to change the oil and drive the piss out of it for a couple days to get the cat seasoned and go back for the emissions test again.
I still have a lumpy-ish idle, bounces a bit when coasting to a stop in neutral, throws a code (1221 if I remember right) for the O2 but the sensor and harness are all new so we'll see how it changes once the cat gets broken in.
