    e30 s50 *Suspension Options*

Alright this has been annoying me for awhile for several reasons , one i have the stock 14" basket weaves, i painted the centers gold and they look sweet , but there is enough clearance to put a hummer to shame.

So i need to be dropped but i need to handle awesome.

I was thinking that i would do Koni Adj. all around with say Eibach springs maybe sportlines or do H&R race springs.

I am not worried about a harsh ride, i am a serious trooper as long as my car handles as it would for the track.

    Any suggestions please.

i like my h&r sports for my cabby- that being said, i think most people like their ground controls, and their ie stage 3 springs.

Ground control, though expensive, is a pretty damn good deal if you ask me. If I were to build my car again, thats what I'd use.

If these parts arn't in good shape, I'd replace them:
control arms, tie rods, rotors, aggressive pads, MC,
subframe bushings. Get the Koni's, and stiff springs, H&R Race or Ireland Engineering Stage 3. They're made by Eibach, very similar to the H&R's spring rate wise but a lot cheaper. Steer clear of the Eibach pro-kit springs. Get aftermarket aluminum rear shock mounts, and a set of swaybars if you can afford them (Suspension Techniques is a good choice for sways, Ground Control for the rear shock mounts).

Plan on upgrading the brakes too if you want to track it.

        Addissimo has the right idea!

Thanks guys for the info guys. I am trying to stay on a budget with the suspension because the swap is gonna cost so much.

Anybody know about thicker sway bars from other bmw models working on our cars (ex. 540 sport) just curious because i have access to a european junk yard.
