s52 into 87 eta. code 1281. no fuel no spark.

any ideas as to why i'm throwing the memory code?

i have checked all grounds and they seem to check out. fusible link is ok since i replaced it and now i have this code. going to try charging the battery and see where that takes me. i was also told i may need to cut a wire on the body side of the harness going to the dme? any idea what wire and why i need to cut it?
