Help swapping OBDI and OBDII MAF connectors

    Hi r3v,

I am swapping out my s52 MAF for a 540i MAF and need some help on swapping the plastic connectors that hook them up to the harness.

I know that it can be done, but I am still confused as to how to switch them out. I have done a lot of searching and have an idea of what I need to do, but I want a little more guidance before I potentially damage something.

    Anybody actually done this themselves?

I appreciate any help and suggestions. Thanks

    -Kyle

What kind of tools would I need exactly? Would it be easier to just cut and splice?

      Thanks for the help.
