CEL #1221 Lambda

I ever since I have finished this swaps check engine light has been on. Can't get rid of it, just looking for some insight. I have searched other forums and others say it could be a intake leak or cracked hose. But I just did my own smoke test on it (with dry ice and a sealed container into the intake plenum) and I'm
Not seeing any leaks. I did the stomp test and. It only gave me Code 1222?? It's on a 94 m50b25TU in a 90 325i

Rest the battery and idle is up and down until I pull the pedal back then it idles all the way down and wants to die then shoots back up. Also no CEL when at idle only when on highway
