clutch problems after swap

hi i have a E30 88 convertible , we recently install a M50 engine , getrag 250 , m20 flywheel , m20 clutch and pressure plate , all 2 clutch slaves are new ,
the clutch feels like sticky , and not returning the way it should be


what im doing wrong ???

what im doing wrong ???

did you grease the bearing guide tube?
did you replace the clutch pivot ball?
the clutch and master were both replaced correct?
how did you bleed the system?
did you clearance the flywheel or the oil pan?

i just take down the tranny and figure out its a GETRAG 250 ,

people tell me i need the e21 323 euro TOB ?

can someone confirm me this ???
