e30 m52b28 wiring prolem

I bought my e30 with m50b20 engine , now i bought the m52b28 complet engine from e39 and i have a problem with wiring connection. The wiring from e39 is not fiting to my e30 .The e39 plug have diffrent shape then the plug from my e30.. how to connect it?? , help pls

I am from poland and I have problem with searching this kid of stuff beacuse of my english , or meaby some problems are difficualt to translate from polish to english... if u will be so kind and give me some solution for my problem :(

You need to use the ETM (electrical troubleshooting manual) for the E30 and E39 to determine which wire controls what and rewire either the E39 plug or the E30 plug.

Wy będziecie potrzebować konwertować przewód elektryczny *connector* na *e39* silnik jest *compatible* z *e30* *chassis* *connector*. Albo, niektóre ludzie (lud) wyrabiają łącznik który robi ta sama rzecz. what year is your e30? also you have a square connector im guessing?

My e30 is 1990 1.6 , yep in my new engine(m52b28) have square connector or connectors..
, and i have the ews 3 , i have the modul and the antenna or immo senssor and have problem with this too...

Hi just wondering if you solved the problem with the wiring and the ews as I'm doing the exact same as you except with a 320i e30. Please help as I'm stuck big style!

I solved it but i change the engine wiring . Now i have engine form e39 but wirings fron e36. I only had to modify ews connector a bit becuse it was ews II and i have Ews iii. I think its the easyest way , otherwise u will have to find out what the cabels in square connectors are for . I did it before but i started solving this from computer connector.
