Intake hose routing M50 mani > S52

Doing an M50 manifold conversion on my S52. Not quite sure where the vacuum hoses are supposed to be routed. Looked for a diagram, but didn't find much.

Also am a little confused on coolant hose routing too. I'm using an M42 radiator, so I know i need to use E34 525 upper/lower radiator hoses, but not sure on the others.
