anyone help with e30s50 in nj area?

hey guys having trouble keeping the coolant tepmerature down while bleeding it. starts to creep up too high when bleeding andthe electric fan works fine so its not that, i also tested the thermostat in boiling water and opened up fine. idk what the issue could be with it but after i fix this issue and bleed the brakes i am done witht the car and drive her for the first time. if anyone in the area can help me with gettting her together thatd be awesome! i put the e30 temp sensor in as well, so have to figure it out. if anyone can help me pm me or post, i live in EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ. i really need to get this done, my daily is dyng and need to get this done soon

Did you follow the proper bleeding procedures? Did you replace water pump? Di you check oil in the coolant or coolant in the oil.
Do the gases test at the expansion tank - $7 for the liquid and rent the nozzel at Autozone. if the chemical color changes then Head Gasket
Did you check this motor before installing it?

No I didn't check the motor or anything like that, I'm gunna have a friend come over to help me bleed but I'm still a bit of a noob still but ill keep trying to see if everything is good the person before me had a head compression test ad everything came out with good compression and worked without flaw in previous car.
